Designed by John Kaloustian

John Kaloustian earned his BFA degree from the College for Creative Studies College of Art and Design in Detroit in 1979. He joined Steelcase after graduating, then established an independent design consulting practice, where he worked on seating and systems projects for companies including Steelcase, Harter, Herman Miller and Haworth. He has designed numerous products for Bernhardt Design, including the Verona seating line, which won a Best of Neocon silver award in 1994, and the Visions Casegoods Collection which won a Best of NeoCon gold award in 1998. His design solutions also encompass various electronic components for companies such as Pentax Cameras, biking products for Trek and Graber, and automotive-related products.
